{"id":2454,"date":"2025-02-05T13:06:42","date_gmt":"2025-02-05T12:06:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tormaricum.hu\/cauliflower-casserole-with-horseradish\/"},"modified":"2025-06-10T20:02:39","modified_gmt":"2025-06-10T18:02:39","slug":"cauliflower-casserole-with-horseradish","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tormaricum.hu\/en\/cauliflower-casserole-with-horseradish\/","title":{"rendered":"Cauliflower casserole with horseradish"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Cauliflower casserole with horseradish<\/strong><\/p><p>Ingredients:<\/p><p>&#8211; 1 medium head of cauliflower<\/p><p>&#8211; 10 dkg butter<\/p><p>&#8211; 3 dl sour cream<\/p><p>&#8211; 2 tbsp Tormaricum horseradish cream<\/p><p>&#8211; 15 dkg grated cheese<\/p><p>&#8211; 5 dkg breadcrumbs<\/p><p>&#8211; 1 egg<\/p><p>&#8211; salt, pepper<\/p><p>&#8211; a bunch of parsley<\/p><p>Preparation:<\/p><p>Cut the cauliflower into florets, wash it and cook it in a large pot of salted water until half soft, about 15-20 minutes. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the egg, the Tormaricum horseradish cream, salt, pepper and the chopped parsley. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter, sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs, pile half of the drained cauliflower on top and dice a little butter. Pour the sour cream on top. Then continue with another layer of cauliflower and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the top generously with cheese and, if desired, pieces of butter.
