Thoroughly coat the beaten pork chops in the sour cream marinade and leave for at least 1 hour. After marinating, beat the egg with 1 teaspoon of mustard, horseradish cream, a little salt, 2 tablespoons of flour and the chopped fresh herbs. After mixing the marinated meat slices until they are free of lumps, coat them first in flour and then in the egg mixture.
