Orange-horseradish chicken

-500 g chicken breast fillet

-1 tablespoon of butter

-2 tbsp olive oil

-1dl stock

-200 g whipped cream

-1 orange

-2 tablespoons Tormaricum horseradish cream

– salt, pepper

Cut the washed meat in half, season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and fry the meat for 1-2 minutes. Bring the base to a boil with the cream, add the horseradish cream, the grated zest and juice of an orange. Place the chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish, pour the sauce over them, and bake at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
