Ingredients:
– 2 eggs
– 30 dkg flour
– 6 dl milk
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 50 dkg minced pork
– 1 red onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 2 teaspoons ground paprika
– 1 dl cream
– 2 tbsp Tormaricum horseradish cream
– 1 tbsp butter
– 3 dl sour cream
– salt, pepper
Preparation:
Prepare the savory pancake batter with the egg, flour, milk and salt. Mix the ingredients until smooth and let stand for half an hour. Meanwhile, sauté the chopped red onion and garlic in oil, then brown the minced meat on it. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and add the cream, butter and horseradish cream. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring. Fry the pancakes in oil, then after they have cooled, pile the prepared meat filling on the pancakes, roll them up or fold them into a bun. Serve with a sour cream dip mixed with horseradish.
