Fried pork chop with horseradish dressing
Ingredients:
-6 slices of pork chop
– 2 tablespoons Tormaricum horseradish cream
– 3 tsp mustard
– juice of half a lemon
– 1 tbsp sour cream
– 4 eggs
– 2 tbsp flour
– salt, pepper
– fresh parsley or chives
Preparation: Mix the sour cream with 2 teaspoons of mustard, 1 tablespoon of Tormaricum horseradish cream, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Thoroughly coat the beaten pork chops in the sour cream marinade and leave for at least 1 hour. After marinating, beat the egg with 1 teaspoon of mustard, horseradish cream, a little salt, 2 tablespoons of flour and the chopped fresh herbs. After mixing the marinated meat slices until they are free of lumps, coat them first in flour and then in the egg mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
