Beetroot salad with horseradish
Ingredients
– 2 beets
– 1 apple
– 1 red onion
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 tablespoon Tormaricum horseradish cream
– 1 lemon
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– salt, pepper
– fresh bunch of parsley
Preparation
Wash and peel the beetroot, then grate it on a large grater into a bowl. Mix the thinly sliced onion with the beetroot and add the peeled and grated apple. In another bowl, prepare the salad dressing: mix the crushed garlic, lemon juice, Tormaricum horseradish cream and a tablespoon of olive oil until creamy. Pour over the grated beetroot, mix thoroughly, season with salt and pepper, and season generously with chopped fresh parsley.
