Ingredients:
– 15 dkg turkey breast ham
– 150g cream cheese
– 1 apple
– 1 tbsp horseradish vinegar or Tormaricum horseradish cream
– 5 dkg grated cheese
Preparation:
Crush the cream cheese with a fork. Grate the apple, add a tablespoon of grated horseradish and mix until creamy. Divide over the ham slices, roll up, and fill the ends of the rolls with grated cheese.
